1. Agreement

By using OpenLinq ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Vantar Group LLC, a US limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use OpenLinq. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and any activity under it. You agree to:

  • ·Keep your login credentials secure
  • ·Provide accurate information when creating your account
  • ·Not share your account with others
  • ·Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

4. Content rules

By submitting content (articles, comments, usernames), you agree not to post:

  • ·AI-generated or AI-assisted content of any kind
  • ·Spam, commercial solicitation, or self-promotion not clearly disclosed
  • ·Content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or defamatory
  • ·Malware, phishing links, or any content designed to harm others
  • ·Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Vantar Group LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content as part of operating the Service.

OpenLinq aggregates links to third-party content. We do not claim ownership of third-party articles. Responsibility for linked content rests with the respective copyright holders.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data retention, or that the Service will meet your requirements. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantar Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to $100 USD.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Vantar Group LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
